Education sessions are custom-tailored to your specific needs by utilizing information from your pre-workshop questionnaires.
The group is small (maximum 8 attendees) to prioritize quality 1-on-1 time with each other, the models, and your hosts.
The group was so BIG you had to practically elbow others out of the way to get photographs; you felt like you weren't aligned with the hosts or that they weren't invested in your growth; and you didn't take much out of the education sessions.

Kate spent every weekend of her childhood here in Woodstock, VT and after living out west for several years (pursuing her cowgirl dreams), she's BACK! She's made Vermont her home alongside her husband, Sam. They have 2 dogs, 9 chickens, and hope to expand their little farm one day.
A scrapbooker and memory-keeper, Kate has always been the quiet observer with camera in hand. She studied business in college out in Colorado and spent several years in hospitality and tourism before finally pursuing her passion for photography and starting her business in 2020.
Her love of outdoor adventure and capturing special moments between loved ones is what makes her so passionate about elopements, and sharing this knowledge and experience with others like YOU couldn't make her happier!

Has lived in Vermont for two years of her life so far and can't wait to spend the rest of it making memories here with her husband Chris and dog Bodhi.
She first picked up a camera when she was about 6 years old and never put it back down, taking digital & film courses as a teenager, working with a portrait photographer for 8 years through high school & college and then for 8 months as a product photographer before starting her own business in 2018.
Her passions of photography, spending time in the outdoors, surrounding herself with love, and educating others in the wedding photo industry fills her cup to the brim.
